Our standard half-hourly rate applies to all on-site service
calls. The per-visit call
charge also applies to on-site service calls and covers up to two trips per
incident.
Flat-rate prices are only available for services performed in our office.
The minimum fee for in-store service is $45. This only applies if you
choose not to go forward with repair after our initial diagnostic.
Pick-up/Drop-off service is also available with our
in-store flat-rates for the $45 call charge.
*NEW* Remote support is now available for those with a
high-speed internet connection. Simply click the button on the Service Request
page. Billing is in 15-minute increments with a minimum half-hour payable
upon initiation of a remote session. The balance, if any, will be charged
at the completion of the session.

other cards (Network, Video, USB, etc.) with included drivers.

Standard:

Most services fall under this category including standard virus
removals and tune-ups.
Simple: $89
Simple issues that can be resolved in less than one hour.
Complex: $199
Complex issues requiring detailed troubleshooting or lengthy
manual steps to complete the task. Basic data recovery also falls in this
category.
